In welcoming the holy month of Ramadan, DIC Graphics organized a series of meaningful activities that brought employees together while creating a positive impact on the community. The program began with a range of engaging competitions held prior to Ramadan, followed by an iftar gathering combined with a charitable initiative for orphans, and concluded with the Mudik Bersama program.
Before Ramadan began, DIC Graphics hosted a series of competitions to build excitement and strengthen team spirit among employees. These activities included Qur’an verse continuation, Ramadan Kultum (short sermon), and Islamic quiz challenges. Designed to bring positive energy, the competitions encouraged creativity, enhanced teamwork, and enriched participants’ understanding of Islamic values. More than just friendly contests, these moments created meaningful connections and fostered a strong sense of togetherness within the workplace.
The spirit of Ramadan continued with a special iftar gathering held on Friday, March 6, 2026, attended by all employees of PT DIC Graphics. The event began with a congregational prayer, followed by a session of sharing and reflection, and concluded with a warm iftar meal enjoyed together. As part of this gathering, DIC Graphics also organized a charitable initiative for orphans. Through the generosity of employees and donors, a total of IDR 46,500,000 was successfully raised and distributed to 100 children and 4 orphan foundations. This initiative reflected the company’s values of compassion and unity, bringing hope and support to those in need while strengthening relationships among employees and reinforcing a sense of gratitude and shared purpose.
The Ramadan program was then concluded with the Mudik Bersama initiative on March 18, 2025. Through this program, DIC Graphics provided free homecoming transportation for 210 participants using 6 buses, traveling from Jakarta all the way to East Java. This initiative was designed to ensure a safer, more comfortable, and meaningful journey home, allowing participants to reunite with their families during the Ramadan season with peace of mind.
As shared by Mrs. Riana Husen, President Director of PT DIC Graphics, “Mudik Bersama has been a tradition at DIC since 2013. It was temporarily paused during COVID, but we resumed it again in 2023. Through this program, the company aims to ensure that employees can return to their hometowns safely and comfortably, and come back to work more productively.”
This initiative reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting employee well-being while creating a real and lasting impact for the community.
