Coating Types & Product Range

Oil‑based Overprint Varnish (OPV Oil‑Base)

• Provides gloss, matte, or high‑rub (durable) finish for offset‑printed sheets. Good for applications requiring robust surface protection and classic print quality.

Water‑based Varnish

• Ideal for enhancing gloss or matte finishing while offering scratch resistance. Water‑based coatings (aqueous/acrylic or styrenic binders) are optimal for environmentally‑minded operations and when printing with standard ink density.

Blister Pack Varnish (Blister‑Type Coating)

• Specially formulated for blister‑card packaging (printed card + plastic hood). Ensures good heat‑sealing performance when combined with PET or PVC hoods — suitable for blister packaging sheets in sheet‑fed offset workflows.

UV / Radiation‑Curable Roller Coater Varnish
