Gravure Reverse Inks

Gravure reverse inks are solvent based inks designed for reverse printing for both laminated and non-laminated packaging applications on a wide variety of substrates including PET, OPP, and Nylon (ONy) for flexible packaging and beverage industry. These inks are developed to provide consistent print quality, strong adhesion, and reliable performance for industrial gravure printing.

Laminated System:

Toluene Free Inks System

Non-Toluene Non-Ketone solvent-based ink series developed for gravure reverse laminated system. These inks are safe and compliant with Swiss Ordinance and Nestlé guidance, making them suitable for food and beverage packaging applications. 

• FINART AP

Suitable for high-performance applications, including retort pouches and packaging with strong chemical contents. It also has good bonding strength performance on PE extrusion lamination, ensuring durability during the lamination process. 

• UNIVURE NT NCD

Suitable for medium to high-performance applications, from snack packages up to retort pouches. It has been proven to be applied on a wide range of printing speeds up to 450 rpm, ensuring stable production efficiency. 

Toluene Based Inks System

Toluene-based ink series developed for gravure reverse laminated system, designed to deliver reliable printability and strong bonding performance for laminated flexible packaging. 

• UNIVURE COZY

Suitable for medium to high-performance applications, from snack packages up to retort pouches. It has good printability and
is applicable for printing speed up to 350 mpm.

• EVOLEN

Suitable for low to medium grade application, from snack packages up to boil and standing pouches with mild to moderate chemical contents. It provides good economic value and also delivers good bonding strength performance on PE extrusion lamination.

• S-EVOLEN

Suitable for low grade application such as snack packaging. It provides good economic value and is now available in white color only.

• TOPP

Suitable for direct PP extrusion for low-grade applications (snack jobs).

Non Laminated System

COZY-L and NT NCD-L

Gravure reverse non-lamination solvent-based ink specifically developed for label packaging. For label packaging, the usage of OP Varnish is highly needed to bring enough slip and also for better chemical resistance during the labelling process. Cozy-L is Toluene based, while white NT NCD-L is Non Toluene based.

COZY-SL and NT NCD-SL

Gravure reverse non-lamination solvent-based ink and surface print specifically developed for label and shrinkable packaging. It can be applied on OPP label, PVC and PE shrink application. For application, the usage of OP Varnish is highly needed to bring enough slip and also for better chemical resistance during the labelling process. Cozy-SL is Toluene based, while white NT NCD-SL is Non Toluene based.
